Return & Refund Policies

Our priority is to provide our customers with the best quality products and services, however there can be instances that you may have to return or the cancel the order. So here’s how;

  1. The product should be undamaged and should be in the same resalable condition
  2. Greasemonkey.lk team has to be informed of any cancellation of orders within 24 hours of the original order dates

 

Return Policies

  1. We do not accept the return of tires, batteries & any electrical item purchased through the website.
  2. For orders made online through the website, Greasemonkey.lk team should be informed of the cancellation of order (preferably by phone with the order number followed by an email) before 3.00pm on the day of the order and for order made after 3.00 pm, it should be before 3.00pm on the next working day.
  3. You can return a product after delivery by arranging a collection by our delivery team with an additional fee.

 

Return Procedure

  1. All the products should be returned in their original undamaged retail packaging within 7 days of the delivery. If a product is not in original resalable condition we have the right to reject the return, in such cases a refund will not be offered.
  2. Once you inform us about the return we will send an acknowledgment email and a SMS confirming the return of the product with a return code to the email address and the mobile number used on your order.
  3. You need to provide the delivery team with the return code once they arrive at the destination for collection of the return product.
  4. Greasemonkey.lk will not be responsible for loss or damage goods during transit.
  5. Upon receipt of the return product, it will be inspected by our team and we reserve the right to refuse credit at our discretion.
  6. You will receive the refund through a bank transfer within 5 working days after the product has been returned. The customer has to provide us the bank account details and once the cash is deposited we will be sending a scanned copy of the deposit slip along with a confirmation to your registered email address.

 

Refund policies

Pre Purchase Vehicle Inspection Service

After you make a reservation, we will appoint a technician for the time and day you specify. As a result, you are ineligible for a refund; your only choice is to transfer the booking to another individual for a checkup. If you need further information, please contact us directly.

Ecommerce Cash on Delivery (COD)

The customer will receive the refund through a bank transfer within 7 working days after the product has been returned. The customer has to provide us the bank account details and once the cash is deposited we will be sending a scanned copy of the deposit slip along with a confirmation. Please note that the delivery fee will not be refunded.
